As some of you know the northern guys had a meet so i took the Mk1 Out on the 230 mile round trip!!!

Looks a good day out there, nice collection of 'griffins' around the place i see!

There was some real nice motors at this meet/show.

I have to say that i thought i'd see another mk1 Astra, but all i could find was that tidy mk2 Astravan, who i shall be keeping in contact with.
He was running the "old" diesel engine & used it as a "daily hack" he normally shows one of his two Daimlers!

Looked a really good show Mitch, I nearly creamed my pants when I saw the Wolesley land crab had loads of them in my youth, cracking cars

Re 'The Land Crab' excellent motors - I had a Morris 1800 in the 1970's
Three adults three small kids and a Labrador dog, with all our two weeks luggage SE Essex to North Wales, we all loved in even the car.

I have to say that wolsley was superb & some other real nice ones too, but i have to say i would have liked this one on my drive/garage.
