Just spotted this, & its only up the road from me too. looks very clean to me.

I notice that nearly all the auctions with questions have got the same question which is. 'have you a buy it now price?' Answer is nearly always the same as well! No!!! lol!

Nar, its alright for the likes of you and I to do it but most of those are people that are buying to make a quick buck by selling on.
